Potential integer overflow

During testing with archives from Fallout 4 I discovered that the integer "count" in "StreamExtensions.cs" can overflow resulting in an "Index out of bounds" exception. This can be fixed by making "count" a long and chunking the data read from "stream".

Finally got time to look at this.

Not sure this should ever happen, a file would have to be 2GB compressed. Do you have a mod or archive that this happens to?

I can't remember what file exactly caused this but it was either a vanilla archive (last gen version) or an archive of one of the DLCs, but I can't remember which one it was.
