SDR++ server on Raspberry Pi, SDR++ client on Windows 11 frequency mismatch

I'm trying to use SDR++ server on Raspberry Pi and SDR++ client on Windows 11. Both seem to start up and communicate. However the frequency that SDR++ server reports when being connected to or controlled, doesn't seem to match the SDR++ client's view. What have I misconfigured?
For example, I've set the Windows client frequency to 10.00.000 and hit connect. Then I hit play in the client, the server running on RPI says:

Yet I'm 10 miles away from WWV and could almost hear it through my fillings, the RTL dongle is clearly listening to somewhere else. What have I misconfigured?

The frequency SDR++ server logs is the center frequency of the SDR, not the VFO frequency. You have some other issue.

It's working. Not quite sure why I wasn't hearing WWV initially, but I am now. Thanks!
