I get erros show in the log.txt like this:

Are you able to share the gcode file, both one without the script applied, and if there is one created with the script applied too, if it still outputted a gcode after running the script it might be fine, the error's that were thrown was the script trying to change a piece of gcode into a format for it to use, but failed and continued processing anyway

Yes, it is possible.
I also have another question: is it possible to create a binary Gcode? That failed for me too.

I will take a look at the gcode you sent over shortly, but in regards to the binary gcode, I’m not entirely sure how that works slicer side, but if the slicer passes the gcode (not in binary) to the script, then converts to binary afterwards, that should work fine, but if the slicer passes the gcode as binary to the script, then the script won’t be able to process it
