Converted Basenumber.js into esm class by dumping both the base and the basenumber into same class. Preliminary testing shows it works on < 12 simple tests.

Doing a PullRequest in case you would be interested--perhaps it would save you some time, but I imagine you might have a better idea of how to encapsulate the base and instance prototype better.
