[Bug]: nearby list can be filtered by name even when `@shownames` is restricted

Alchemy Beta 7.1.9.2514

Description

The search in the neighborhood list works even if @showNameS is restricted. This does not seem to be intentional. I would expect the list to filter by the dummy names.

Reproduction steps

1. enable RLV and activate @shownames=y
2. open nearby list
3. type into the search field
