What is this pull request for?

Does some style adjustments for the new theme we introduced.

Notable changes

  • Adds a visual styleguide /admin/styleguide
  • Deprecates the resources_header
  • Removes the form-heading Sass mixin
  • Fixes heading sizes
  • Adjust primary color
  • Use white buttons
