Revise donations and contact information in README

Updated donation section to clarify support options

Tweaks and adjustments (2.1)

- Added chinese hanzi and japanese kanjis.
- Button shadow fix.
- Removed non menu files and some left overs to optimize the project.
- Fixed an issue that caused the selection of the “Widescreen Settings” button to show a wrong texture when hovering on it.
- Mii channel thumbnail has been redesign so it has the old miis instead of the new ones.
- Clock font from main menu has been replaced with a more accurate one.
- Added spanish main settings page language and spanish boot up screen.
- Added DISCLAIMER.txt file.
