Performed the EBV, VZV Lytic and Latent Antigen specific CD8 T cells analysis. The analysis involved BEAM-T (RNA, ADT, TCR, Antigen), ATACseq, and Flow Cytometry.
ATAC-seq and BEAM-T data have been deposited at GEO (accession numbers GSE275633, GSE275634) and are publicly available as of the date of publication. This study also analyzed existing, publicly available datasets (GEO GSE101609, dbGaP: phs002441.v1.p1).
