Disabled and hovered chat status icons

In my personal resource pack I change the appearance of buttons, and noticed the chat status icons have versions for being highlighted when hovered over and being greyed out, but as far as I can tell these never show up in-game and I assumed they were leftovers from some old version. They've been consistently updated every time the status icons are changed/added though, so are they actually used somewhere after all?

Hovered versions will be used as of 1.19.3. Disabled versions aren't used presently, but they might be at some point in the future.
