Improved user feedback while loading URLs

Loading ipfs/ipns URLs doesn't provide any useful feedback to users. The URL might load or simply time out with no indication how long it has taken or might still take

I think it should be able to load in the background and notify you when your page is done. Some pages are really slow, like ipns://defluencer.eth/
