What is the Problem Being Solved?

As of now, we have decided it makes more sense to migrate s:stake-bld's content to z:acceptance and remove s:stake-bld directory from a3p-integration.

Description of the Design

Move the tests in s:stake-bld to z:acceptance.

Test Plan

CI with integration tests should pass.

The point of s:stake-bld is to verify that that example contract can deploy on top of all the other changes. Now that we have z:acceptance that's the appropriate place for it.

Once that's complete the s:stake-bld directory should be removed.
