Small project to read the data file from a public dataset from the clinical trial "CGM Intervention in Teens and Young Adults with T1D (CITY) - NCT03263494". The data was obtained from https://public.jaeb.org/datasets/diabetes.
The file is a CVS with around 8 million lines.
In order to be consumed by this library, it needs to be converted to utf8.
