Finding: AO-15 — Empty state leaves a large area unused

Observation

The empty board contains a large blank region and only a short message with two buttons. The app feels unfinished and misses an opportunity to teach the product's workflow.

User impact

New users with no prior AO experience have no visual scaffold for understanding the three-step workflow (describe → agent works → review and merge).

Recommendation

Use the space for a lightweight onboarding guide, example task, or safe demo action. Keep it scannable and dismissible.

Acceptance criteria

• The empty state teaches the three-step workflow.
• It does not overwhelm users with technical setup information.
• The guidance disappears or becomes secondary after the first task starts.
