Where: run make dev + make lab; add images under docs/ (e.g. docs/img/) and reference them from docs/operator-runbook.md.
Expected behavior: consistent window size, dark theme, no real personal data (the demo is fully simulated).
How to test: images load in the rendered docs on GitHub; file sizes reasonable (webp/png, < 300 KB each).
