Right Click does not open TVA Pop-up for Items

Describe the bug
Token Variant Art does not open the menu for selecting variant art for items. It works for actors and tokens, but when I try to change the art for items, nothing happens when I right click on the item art.

Using Find the Culprit module identified this on the first pass with all other modules disabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any actor.
2. Select any item (inventory, features, combat, buff)
3. Right click on image.
4. See error

Expected behavior
Normally, when you have an item open, right clicking on the image opens the menu to select variant artwork.

Screenshots
Since nothing happens, I don't have anything to screenshot. Don't see any reaction in the Console when right clicking on an image on an item.
