Errors when editing an effect

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the effects tab on dnd 5e
2. Click on Edit
3. Open Console
4. See error

Expected behavior
Error on console

Additional context
Seems like something fails to render when opening the effect configuration, i was able to repro it with only TVA enabled.
