Foundry V13, Global Mapping Percentages No Longer Work

Foundry Version 13 Stable - Build 346

When setting Global Mappings, putting a percentage into an Expression causes the expression to fail. HP is still understood as normal and the effect works, it is only the percent symbol causing issues.

Many global mapping templates still use percentage expressions.

This happens on PF2E and DND 5e, I have not tested it on other systems. The world in the video attached has other modules enabled, but I have tested it new worlds with no other modules enabled and the same issue persisted.
