Missing TVA icon/button in actors prototype token appearance tab

Describe the bug
When opening an actor from the sidebar and going to the prototype token the Tokens Variant Art button ist missing beside the image field in the appearance tab. This problem did only appear after updating from v12 to v13.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to actor, prototype token in the sidebar
2. Click on the appearance tab
3. TVA icon is missing beside image field

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux Ubuntu 22.04
• Browser Brave
• Version 1.80.125

Using Old School Essentials game system and Carolingian UI .

I'm also having this issue. In addition, the entire Token Variant Art > Default Wildcard Image section is missing when I updated from v 12 to v13. Disabled all modules except dependencies but issue persists.
