Enhanced SAML compatibility

Warning when SAML response assertion is not signed
Configuration file was broken if a SAML SP was created without a name
IdP metadata parsing is now restricted to IDPSSODdescriptor tag (SPSSODescriptor is ignored)

Typo broke SAML configuration

The release addresses two minor issues:

• SAML login/logout with HTTP-Redirect was not possible
• SAML metadata upload was broken because of a stupid typo
