Stuck on "obtaining IP adress"

Hi,

When i start anon hotspot (anon-hotspot start), it starts to broadcast SSID, but, when i connect to the hotspot, device shows "obtaining IP adress" or something similar, and doesn´t connect. help only when i reconfigure hotspot using "anon-hotspot configure".

I have the same issue, no luck. Details are Raspberry Pi 3 with Kali installed.
