⚠️ NOTE: ⚠️
I added a partial workaround syosetu.com$$script[src="securepubads.g.doubleclick.net"] to Base filter. Disable it before checking.

Also, if you turn DNS filtering off and on, it does not work. Only after turning protection off/on does it start working. I cleared the DNS cache in Chrome.

@sfionov Just disable in Base filter syosetu.com$$script[src="securepubads.g.doubleclick.net"] and open the site.
You may need to clear the DNS cache first.
