Logging you out of your account #4959

@aliafshany Hi! Thank you for reporting! |
Hi @Versty |
@aliafshany Could you collect the debug logs from the moment you have automatically logged out?
In addition, after you have been automatically logged out, check your license status at adguard.com again and provide the information in your email (Are the problematic device is still connected to the license or disappeared from the list?). |
Sure, but I believe it would take a couple of days to experience this issue again. I'm on it and will share the results with you at that moment.
|
@aliafshany Thank you! |
@Versty I checked the site, and yes, I'm still logged in there. But the app logged me out. I'm confused. Here is what I did: I exported the logs and sent them to the address. This happened on Sep 5th between 23:48 and 23:50. I can't remember the exact time, sorry. This video is right after exporting the logs. Screen_Recording_20230905_235103_AdGuard.mp4 |
@Versty Do you want me to install the latest nightly version? Or I can stay at this version so that I can provide you with more data. |
@aliafshany Thank you! We have received your logs and are currently examining them. |
Last night, it happened again. It was the first occurrence since this response:(#4959 (comment)). |
