Uhm, it's in every webpage, every article on ksta.de. Every browser. It takes a while until it shows up. Maybe scrolling helps

Only the video from the article is shown when scrolling down in a popup, no ad.

Also Screenshot not showing ad. Will check for a rule for Annoyances filter.
