I added the IP address of translate.google.com
2a00:1450:4028:800::200e
to the list of addresses that will not be scanned for now and now it works

But I realized that the problem is because both the antivirus and adguard use their own security certificate and therefore it conflicts

Looks like related to - AdguardTeam/AdguardForWindows#5599 (title suggest that it's about Facebook but it's also related to other websites).
