The Persian Blocker filter list uses CSS injection to display a message on websites (the large text block at the very top).
This is not only intrusive but also interferes with the functionality of the website.
The same method is also used to inject text into search engine results.
As far as I know, such practices are clearly disallowed by AdGuard’s filter policy.
