Clean up rules for op.gg

Problem description

OP.GG changed their domain handling a while ago. Specifically, they unified all domains to op.gg by removing subdomains, even for tracker sites for titles other than League of Legends, such as tft.op.gg. As a result, the rules with subdomains included in the filter are not working.

Proposed solution

I think the rules with subdomains should be fixed. Also, I think it's necessary to remove any rules that are now outdated.

@piquark6046 Please take a look. Also check some links in old reports.
Be careful - rules from different subdomains may break pages on another subdomains - not all are universal.
