Snap Package #296

We tried early on, but ran into too many obstacles so we abandoned it. A
snap version would be ideal, but we need someone to step up to take this on.

I would love to take a crack at this. Currently the snap I built, seems to work. I've tested the basic features such as starting/stopping containers, downloading images, etc (on amd64 and armhf). Do you have a test suite? or test plan i could try? It does need access to the |
