It feels unnecessary to make a push to the bundle repo everytime I want to add something to the docs. I think it would make sense to move it out.

It should probably not be a submodule either.

    Did a git filter-branch to extract the docs subfolder into a new repo: https://github.com/ActivityWatch/docs
