html preview top right actions menu issues.

hello friends,

the new activities in the top right of html preview have a few issues.

1. disable cache. it's a very useful feature, but it should better be be remembered between previews, and even better set in the settings, to avoid need to load the page and then again after disabling the cache.

2. the console check box should be cleared on the page load, as the console is being closed. if i load the page, open console and reload, the page reloads with the console checkbox checked, but the console closed. to open the console, i have to clear the console checkbox, and check it again to open console. it would be great if the console could open with the page if menu checked.

3. to combine 1 and 2, i have to do the procedure at 2 if i wish to reload with cache disabled.

I can't reproduce 1st one but second one is fixed
