[BUG] existing Automation notifications not saved in json/md after deployment

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When deploying automations the notifications were removed even if they existed in SFMC UI.
Automations were built via build command and source automation had notifications.

Expected Behavior

Deploying will not remove notifications from Automations.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Run '...'
4. See error...

tried to reproduce this with:

• deploy (create)
• deploy (update)
• deploy with --schedule (update)

worked every time. can you please help me by providing exact steps?
