[BUG] if key was changed via --matchName then the old file is not removed from disk

Current Behavior

basically you end up with the new file(s) and the old file(s) on your disk

Expected Behavior

the old files should get removed automatically, enabling git to realize that files were in fact renamed

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Run '...'
4. See error...
