Now that Autodesk RV ships with native OTIO support, the RV adapter and example plugin are no longer needed.
Thanks @rogernelson @eric-desruisseaux-adsk @avrata @ssteinbach @rogergodspeed and others who helped to make this adapter, plugin, and now official RV feature a success!
