Publish fails on scaladoc generation

Publish fails on scaladoc generation, namely on not being able to link `[[col]]``.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:

1. Download the main branch
2. Run sbt publishM2 on project root
3. See error

Expected behavior

Publish succeeds
