Regarding the file structure, I will upload a .csv file later that includes the header and a few sample rows. 😊

Our .pkl file format is identical to the files in the link.

If you need to use it urgently, you can modify the 'region' and 'sent_index' using the Region-Sentence data from Chest Imagenome Dataset. 'Region' represents the bbox coordinates of the anatomical region, and 'sent_index' indicates the token position of the sentence corresponding to the anatomical region within the entire report.
