Expected behavior
Arm mbed-os should support NUCLEO-L476 UART with 921600 baud rate.

Actual behavior
Arm mbed-os does not support NUCLEO-L476 UART with 921600 baud rate.
Using different OS works well with 921600 baud rate and the spec sheet says 1M bps is supported.

@andrewc-arm @lelely2 We're going to need more information for the issue. I confirmed that serial @ 921600 baud is working fine with a modified blinky example (mbed import) as well as the latest mbed release (mbed update).

@andrewc-arm I'll be expecting more information on how to reproduce the issue within a day or two since this is a blocking issue. Otherwise, feel free to update the priority as need.
