Boot sequence mbed SDK + RTX documentation missing

The new boot sequence for mbed OS is nicely documented in the mbed boot code file https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbed-os/blob/master/rtos/mbed_boot.c#L17. The same can be done for mbed 2 (plus how it is changed when RTX is included) - this has separate boot sequence in mbed_sdk_boot code file https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbed-os/blob/master/platform/mbed_sdk_boot.c
