Exporters - uvision - LPC11U35_401

it seems that various targets can no longer be exported such as
LPC11U35_401::uvision
yet
LPC11U35_501::uvision
works fine
as far as i can tell this should be a supported combination, it certainly worked a few months ago.

Please fetch the latest progendef module (v0.2.16), 401 should be now working for you.
