Improve "Manage Solution" GUI to show which active solution it is currently meant for

With the current CMSIS Solution extension 1.62dev, the "Manage Solution" GUI has nowhere to show for which solution exactly it is currently configuring, as shown in the following screenshot:

When there are multiple cmsis solutions in the workspace, it would be nice to show the active solution name and path somewhere in the "Manage Solution" GUI.

SDS Examples contains multiple projects named SDS.csolution.yml in different directories.

I suggest to show in the hover over box below instead of "Target Set:" the sub-path to the loaded solution file.
For example instead of "Target Set:" this: "ST/B-U585-IOT02A/KeywordSpotting.sds.csolution.yml"
