Almost completed with the page, integration with google forms is still left though. will be raising a PR soon

Just checking in.....couldn’t find a PR that closes this issue. Since it’s something that can help if done quickly, can we maybe accelerate it a little bit(ofc only if you are still working on this issue)?
If there’s any blocker like the Google Forms integration, happy to help out. Would be great to get this wrapped up.😊
