FEAT: WebSocket Based Real-Time Chat

Description:
This feature will enable real-time messaging between creators and brands using WebSockets.

Key Features:

1. Instant messaging with persistent chat
2. Status of messages (Sent, Delivered, Seen)
3. Should be horizontally Scalable using pub/sub

Tech Stack:

• Backend: FastAPI with WebSockets
• Frontend: React.js with WebSockets
• Database: PostgreSQL/Supabase for chat storage

Expected Outcome:

1. Seamless real-time chat for negotiations
2. Persistent chat history for deal tracking
