Disable auto tests in secondary test suites #809

We have Node API auto tests in IS-04-01, but they also get run in IS-04-03 and IS-05-02, IS-07-02, etc.

Is there any need?

@jonathan-r-thorpe spotted a mechanism to do this that already exists - see #800 (comment)

Are there any downsides to that?
