Scope — historical review, not product endorsement

Add a concise link to the independent third-party static review that placed ExecSurface Alpha on awesome-ai-security-tools WATCHLIST. The source reviewer specifically said no project commands were run and raised concerns about observed-command effects occurring before BLOCK, evidence-artifact sensitivity and opt-in REVIEW failure. These negative/neutral findings remain prominently stated.

Explicit exclusions: no independent runtime validation, stable-v1 review, third-party adoption, security audit, endorsement, logo license or partnership is claimed. Do not contact reviewer or request retrospective upgrade. Fix three existing stale v1 README fragments including org-profile link anchor.

Review roles / gates: innovation = concise useful credibility evidence; anti-drift = Alpha/static != stable/runtime; independent falsifier = exact reviewer text and watchlist entry; critical reviewer = no loss of counterevidence, exact PR-head CI success, no released code or tags changed.
