Weird bug with XP bar when draining xp from player (openblocks tank/drain)

when draining xp from player, a weird duplicate cutoff xp bar appears in the right bottom of the screen, it vanishes once i gain any amount of xp in any way.

this didn't use to happen until i updated UT, i suspect the latest 3 versions, one of them might have introduced this issue.

And this stops happening when Universal Tweaks is removed? 🤨

yes, i tested without universal tweaks in the same modpack and the issue is not present.
