Almost a copy of my previously reported Opus 4.8 issue (that is still open btw although it is fixed), Claude Sonnet 5 returns the following error when reasoning is set to "Enabled": "thinking.type.enabled" is not supported for this model. Use
"thinking.type.adaptive" and "output_config.effort" to control thinking
behavior."
