Bug: iOS PWA: chat input does not start capitalized

Describe the bug

When opening the text input on iOS, the start of the line is not capitalized by default

Reproduction

1. Open text input on iOS
2. Observe that the first letter is not capitalized

Expected behavior

The first letter of the chat (start of sentence) should be capitalized by default, this is the default for iOS.

Need to figure out how to hook into iOS's setting, since many people (like me) have first letter capitalization disabled intentionally.

maybe related, maybe not, the autocapitalization on the login screen seems a bit weird...

because capitalization on the homeserver name/domain doesn't make much sense and on the username it's also not really expected behaviour I would say.

Edit: as far as i took from trying with the example provided here and trying with my iPad one time with system wide auto capitalization turned on and one time turned off. If you disable it for your system the browser disregards the instruction relating to auto capitalization.
