Feature: Add full-width highlighting for replies/mentions #160

It can be hard to see highlighted messages or messages that are replying to you
Describe the solution you'd like
When a message contains any of the special message texts (mentions, username, room) highlight the full message (set the background to a highlight from the theme).

- <\username>
- @\room
- <\room>
For keywords, highlight the keyword? (make optional)
