Word Wrapping Breaks in Compact, Bubble Message Layouts

Describe the bug

Word wrapping seems to break in Compact and Bubble message layouts when editing a message, or if a sent message either is a reply or contains an embed.
I have tested this in both qutebrowser and LibreWolf and this issue occurs in both, ruling out any weird browser rendering issues.

Editing a somewhat lengthy message in the Modern message layout:

Notably, for sent messages, the wrapping only seems to break once the window becomes small enough that it'd normally just be trimming off the element in question in the Modern message layout. I assume this might be due to it applying that trimming to the whole message body in the other layouts.

Reproduction

1. Set Sable to either the Compact or Bubble message layouts.
2. Either edit a message, or view a message containing an embed, with the window small enough for the quoted text/embed to not fit.

Expected behavior

Word wrapping works as it does on the Modern message layout.
