Sliding sync breaks notifications

Notifications stop working when sliding sync is enabled.
Not everywhere though seemingly, they still work on my phone but not on my Linux computer.

Tested from the flatpak installed in a Fedora device.

I wonder if this is related to a flatpak limitation that is killing the service worker too aggressively. The SW needs to stay active and able to communicate with the home server to get notifications.

It's probably related to a specific flatpak issue, this works around it sort of. 8235cc6#:~:text=3.%20**Sliding%20sync,may%20be%20unavailable

I don't actually have a way to test the flatpak, and there is no indication that the flatpak can be tested prior to merging changes into upstream.
