ended up reverting most of the stuff I tried to do - and just leaving the fix to enable webUI and API server to listen on all interfaces (not just localhost). I can't figure out how to get fabric-api or fabric-webui to run from the Dockerfile. There's something weird with pipx in docker. To be honest once you go to Docker it'd probably be better not to use pipx (as docker gives you the isolation...) |

What this Pull Request (PR) does
enables host to access webUI and API server running in docker container
