docs: cut 0.0.9 release notes and bump documented version

Since 0.0.8 the bundled FreeUnit release moved to 1.35.6-build5 (same
1.35.6-1 package, new upstream release tag). FreeUnit and PHP versions
are unchanged — a rebuild-only refresh.

FreeUnit rebrand (unit→freeunit): renamed packages, daemon, paths, and
default app user/group; bumped the bundled FreeUnit .deb to 1.35.6-build2
with a recomputed SHA256SUMS anchor; brand-identity ARGs with a
build-time path guard; default launch moved into the entrypoint and the
HEALTHCHECK is now a script.

Breaking for downstream images: config.json user/group and any custom
launch command move from unit/unitd to freeunit/freeunitd.

Release 0.0.4

Extensible entrypoint hook system + reusable core library, the cron-hook
example, examples restructured into per-example subdirectories, and the
ShellCheck CI pin. See CHANGELOG.md for details.

Release supply-chain attestations (SBOM + provenance), upstream/dependency
automation (check-upstream, dependabot, scheduled trivy scan), CI hardening
(actionlint/zizmor/rumdl gates, trivy SARIF to code scanning), a self-contained
hardened examples/ deployment, and a fix for cap-dropped startup
(/var/lib/unit kept root-owned) plus a hardened smoke test guarding it.
